Creative Arts Worker

Liisa Lamminen is a multi-disciplinary artist who holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a specialization in Drawing and Painting from OCADU. Continuing her education, Liisa pursued a diploma in Recreation Therapy from Canadore College and is an active member of Therapeutic Recreation Ontario. She joined Baycrest in 2022 as a Recreationist and is currently working as a Creative Arts Worker. Liisa has experience creating meaningful art programs for seniors with dementia in Long Term Care and adults facing mental health and addiction challenges. Liisa is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others through the transformative power of the arts.
